Carib Shack is a Caribbean carry out shack style restaurant based on family recipes handed down for 3 generations. Reciepes based on food from our native Caribbean Islands including Trinidad & US Virgin Islands. Vinny & Stephanie met at The Ritz-Carlton Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands where Vinny a born & raised US Virgin Islander would make fine beach delicacies. Michelle his sister would supply the sweet tooth cravings all the while Stephanie ran between the kitchen and continuously engaging with guests.
