Winston and his wife, Cristin Dadant, opened Clementine in 2008. They use locally sourced meat and produce to make fun, creative, inventive and, most importantly, delicious food. Nothing is processed and everything is from scratch. With a slew of craft beers, an inexpensive wine list guaranteed to surprise and an emphasis on American small batch distilleries, come to Clementine to restore yourself.

How in the HECK this restaurant ever made the flavortown USA website or appeared on DINERS, DRIVE-INs, and DIVES is absolutely beyond me. Three of us went for lunch over the weekend --- HORRIBLE. SUBSTANDARD service on a relatively slow day. Food was even WORSE. Flavorless meatloaf (how can ANYONE ruin this dish?), the BLANDEST mashed potatoes, iceless water (on a damn hot day), argula salad with no taste (table salt couldn't save this appetizer), the WORST lemonade i've ever had (table sugar couldn't save this), and blackened catfish that got "SOGGED" by dumping it on top of grits (STUPID plating). Oh, and let's not forgot listening to the noisiest swinging door to the kitchen for FORTY-FIVE minutes --- before we got up and walked out. NEVER AGAIN. Our WORST triple-d experience EVER. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS HORRIBLE RESTAURANT.
