Alot has changes with Mike's Huki Chicken. He has moved to Kahuku where there are several other food trucks and vendors selling all kinds of tourist stuff. The menu has expanded but the chicken was great. I had it with garlic shrimp, another island favorite.
MOVED - Sad new indeed, looks like Kandy who’s currently traveling in Hawaii said that his original place is now closed but moved to a new spot. Here’s the email that she sent me => “Mikes Huli Huli is closed. We finally found his new spot in Honolulu and they said he sold the truck and bought a ranch.”
