These bustling noodles and dumpling shops, run by the Chang family of Genghis Khan Mongolian Barbecue fame, are some of the coolest restaraunts in Kansas City dining. Step through the brightly colored doors and into a warm, hip scene. The long, high-ceilinged rooms with big windows are set off with sponged blue walls trimmed in bright yellow and red. Patrons can view the activity of the busy staff preparing the fresh, imaginative dishes in the open kitchen at the back of the restaurant.

I thought the two sisters mindi and Jane were so cute and one can tell they love to cook. I was impressed with the Firebird & Noodles plate. Because I live in AZ I could not get there since our traveling days are pretty much over. My hubby likes when I try new receipes. The show was pretty good. Most of the shows are anyway new ones and old ones. Thanks so much Guy, you really add a lot of fun to each episode.
