Stopped by for lunch while in Spokane. Again we went for late lunch so no crowd at all. Loved how it was tucked away like a hidden gem. Atmosphere and service were great. We shared the Chicken Potstickers for an app. I ordered the Cactus Burger and mom got some salad that I can't seem to find on their menu online now. I think it might have been a special for the day. We both very much enjoyed our meals. It was a super hot day and we were outside all morning so both ordered iced tea which was really good and fresh brewed. The Cactus Burger was messy beyond all messiness. There was no way I was going to try to pick up and eat like Guy did, hunch or not. So I ate with fork and knife. Was very good, though not as spicy as they all made it sound.

The hideaway location adds to the delight of the food at this neighborhood bistro. The cactus burger is fantastic. Picabu is THE PLACE I send Spokane visitors looking for 'a place to eat.'

Amazing food! Drunken prawns are to die for! I also appreciate that they have several wonderful vegan entrees.
