RJ’s is still going strong in 2022. Walking in the smoke smells left no doubt that it was a BBQ joint. We tried the lamb ribs that were featured on the show and they were delicious and tender. In addition we got a two-meat platter that included sausage and chicken as well as the fried corn ear that was also featured on the show. The chicken was tasty but a bit dry. The sausage was really good and the fried corn was really something unique. All in all RJ’s is definitely worth a visit.

Best burnt ends ever, and, believe it or not, the asparagus veg of the day was killer!

RJ's is in my neighborhood and is a great bbq joint. They have fantastic burnt ends and great side dishes like cheesy corn and sweet potato fries. They also have a delicious country breakfast. Their chef is classically trained and you can definitely tell in his dishes. It is a completely casual family place but you never leave dissapointed.

This place was fantastic. We tried it when we heard that Guy went there and realized it was in our own home town. We have been missing out all this time. Had the burnt ends and deep fried corn-on-the-cob. Both were great! My in-laws had the "butt burger", which I also tried, and it was awesome! Try the corn fritters as well. Everyone was really nice and service was fast. If you haven't tried this place, or are in town, you have to stop by RJ's.

Great BBQ. I brought a group here from TX based on this website and we were not disappoined. Waitress was super as well.
