I had the beef stroganoff and the beef they use is prime rib.  OMG!  It was fantastic.  Cute place too.

Visited Fairbanks in February and ate here twice. The food is delicious, the staff and owner friendly,and the atmosphere is warm, local hospitality. Highly recommend it and would definetly go back again.

you gotta try the nolan's own! yumm yumm! Giant homemade cinnamon roll cut in half and cooked up french toast style, powdered suger, cinnamon yum! Man i miss it since moving but everytime I go home its on my to do list for sure! And dont get my mother started on the chicken fried steak or the homemade GIANT Mozzarella sticks!

Home made cookies and bread.

They have the BEST croutons.  Get a container to go and snack on them.

I love this place! I moved up here from Colorado when my husband was stationed at Fort Wainwright. I found this place a few months after I moved up here and their food is yummy to say the least. I tell everyone they need to go there!
