Good steak. The salad and serve were outstanding wish I could get the salad dressing.

    The best of the Best!

Actually, less than 1 star. After walking through this restaurant and seeing nice looking steaks, I ordered rib eye, medium rare, expecting a nice thick perfectly cooked steak. I've never had a worse steak ever. It was barely 1/2 inch thick and well done. I sent it back and got the same thin cut, this time almost raw. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They hype is way out of line.

I have ate at Cattlemens several times over the years and the first couple of times I ate there it was heavenly!!  The steaks were great and breakfast was outstanding ... that said the most recent two times I have ate there has been a huge disappointment.  The steak was subpar and just disappointing.  The decor and booths appear to have not been updated since the place opened eons ago.

This place had a perfectly cooked steak and the salad dressing was great.  Go early so you can get a seat right away.  Little cramped in the main dinning room but overall it was excellent.  Tried the Calf fries and they were good, kinda like Calamari, western style.

Awesome steak. Reasonable price. Must try if you are in OKC.

This place is worth the ride.  No matter how far you have to go.  We pulled up not knowing if we where in the right place, it is actually called Cattlemens Cafe'.  We got there at about 8pm, on a Sunday,  no wait for a table.  We both ordered the 12 oz Ribeye steak, dry aged for 21-24 days.  Waiter explained everything to us.  Had a salad with the house dressing, suuggested by the waiter, awesome, ranch with garlic n cheddar cheese, yummo.  Steak came perfectly cooked and seasoned, potatoe was great as well.  Homemade bread with warm butter, absolutly great...Would go back in a heartbeat.  Once you've eaten there, you can understand why they have been opened since 1910.  Very casual and friendly, cowboys and spurs... you gotta love it.  Thanks Guy...

Ate there May 2010, the food was delicious.  I had the T-bone, it was very delicious.  My wife had the bacon wrapped filet it was awnsome, better than my T-bone very tender and flavorful.  It was busy and we said sit us anywhere and we were sitting down ordering in 15 minutes.  Tried the lamb's fingers, different but tasty.  One of the best steaks I have had in a while.

I love looking for these local/out of the way places so I hate to say this, but I just got back from Cattlemen's and I was so completely disappointed. They're kind of known for the T-Bone..so I went with it. It was the most flavorless steak I've ever eaten. At this price, I could've gone to Outback and been so much more content.

I'm a driver.  One of the reasons I LOVE OKC is because of this unasuming joint and I never miss a chance to eat here.    I delight in taking colleagues from the office back home in Canada....  It's simple standard fare, steaks but MAN.  Delish.  My colleagues always look suspicious before - and amazed after.  The place doesn't look like much, but hey, it keeps it under the radar for those that know....

    great food! will returm!

It's an institution. Right by the stockyards so the beef is always good. It is outdated and the steaks are OK. The house salad dressing is awesome and try the lamb fries!! If you are in OKC definitely check it out!
