From their website -> On January 31st of 2017 KC Taco Company opened for business here at 520 Walnut. Our entire guest area was built by friends and family with re-purposed materials to be given a new home here at KC Taco. We are all grateful for the amount of love our Kansas City patrons have shown us. By supporting our locally owned business you have greatly stimulated the local economy. Our mural was painted with love by Elsa Rae (google her... amazing). Our non-traditional menu is made from scratch with the same love we share when cooking for friends and family.
