Went is search of the elusive Gumbo. Be careful, you can drive right by it. Pull in the back between the buildings and enjoy. I ordered the combo-sausauge gumbo, redbeans and ric and opted for the pulled pork. Spicey enough to not require hot sauce, perfectly seasoned. It does not get any better than this. I am looking forward to my next excuse to come to Mobile! I must respectfully disagree with Robb as the staff was friendly. But he is right-definite dive.

It's definitely a dive. It's tucked away at the back of an alley and I drove past it 4 times before I spotted it. The staff wasn't very friendly, but the TLT sandwich was awesome and so was the gumbo, it was worth stopping for.
