Dignowity (DIG-NO-WITTY) Meats is located on Houston Street in the historical Eastside San Antonio neighborhood of Dignowity Hill. This isn't your traditional Texas bbq joint though, Dignowity Meats specializes in hand-crafted smoked meat sandwiches (lunch menu), our famous KC brisket burnt ends, buttermilk fried chicken, loaded baked potatoes and craft beer.
