This place by far was a great pick! Food came out hot and fresh, service was great and we even got to buy a pint of their red chili. We had the buritto and enchiladas. One of the best places I've been so far.

Good New Mexican restaurant, you can have breakfast for lunch (carne adovada breakfast !), and don't miss the "Bakery Basket" - little muffins, cornbread, etc., with jam. If you are dining alone, you may be asked to join someone else at a table - kind of a community thing that some folks like and others maybe not so much. You don't have to, BTW. As I can walk to here at lunchtime from my work, I visit fairly frequently, and have never had a bad experience. Well, there was the one time one of my lunch buddies ate all the blueberry muffins in the bakery basket. Former buddy, that is ...

Atmosphere is nice. Service was very friendly and super fast! We had the breakfast burrito and the huevos rancheros. I feel like I could have made the burrito myself and it would have tasted better....but my husband said his huevos rancheros were the best he'd ever had. I wish I would have gotten the pinon pine pancakes!

This place has been here forever as we hit it in the late 70s when a cabbie told us about it. It has been a local favorite for years which tells you a lot about it. Open from 7am to 2pm. Breakfast is fantastic. We had the Huevos Yucatecos (which are incredible) and eggs and corned beef hash which was good. Take the bakery basket rather than the flour tortilla as they give 3 muffins with strawberry jam that is out of this world good. We hit it every time we go through town.

Great breakfast, giant delicious pancakes, good service, reasonable prices. A cool hole in the wall kind of place you have to try while in Santa Fe!
